Clare Marie Pilates wants you to get the most benefit out of each session. At your first session we wll take the time to discuss your personal goals and how we will work towards them, ensuring to take into consideration any injuries or specific areas that you may want to focus on. We then create a personalised program, designed specifically for you.
All sessions can include matwork and small equipment, based on your specific needs.
Private 1-2-1 Sessions
Private, 1-2-1 sessions give you the opportunity to improve on technique and get individual attention to focus on achieving your personal goals in a fun, safe and supportive environment.
This also gives you the flexibility to adapt your training to fit it into your schedule.
