Come and break a sweat with us in our BodyPower Functional Fitness class - getting you lean, strong and balanced - it's fun - we promise!
This class is a functional, highly effective total body workout that targets all muscle groups. It is designed to strengthen the muscles, improve stability, mobility, coordination and speed and also to aid body fat loss. Training is based on healthy movement patterns and either resistance or body weight exercises.
